1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (talentfinderinternational.com) or engaging the recruitment services of Talent Finder International ("TFI", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Candidate", "Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
TFI provides international recruitment and workforce solutions including:
- Skilled and semi-skilled workforce recruitment
- Professional and executive search
- HR consultancy and strategic advisory
- Pre-deployment training and orientation
- Visa, attestation, and documentation processing
- Post-placement support and replacement guarantees
Services are provided across the GCC (active markets), Europe, and Asia-Pacific (partner markets).
3. Candidate Terms

TFI never charges candidates any recruitment, processing, or administrative fees. All costs are paid by employers. Any party demanding payment from candidates in TFI's name is fraudulent. Report immediately.
3.1 Eligibility
- Candidates must be 18 years or older
- Must have legal right to work in destination countries
- Must provide accurate and truthful information
- Must possess required qualifications, experience, and documentation
3.2 Candidate Obligations
- Provide accurate personal information, work experience, and qualifications
- Disclose any criminal records, health conditions, or legal restrictions
- Notify TFI of changes in circumstances during the recruitment process
- Attend scheduled interviews, medical examinations, and trade tests
- Complete pre-departure orientation programs
- Honor employment contracts signed with employers
3.3 Right to Withdraw
Candidates may withdraw their application at any time before signing an employment contract by notifying TFI in writing. No fees or penalties apply for withdrawal.
4. Employer/Client Terms
4.1 Service Agreement
All employer engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties detailing:
- Workforce requirements and job specifications
- Recruitment fees and payment terms
- Service level agreements (SLAs)
- Replacement guarantee terms
- Confidentiality and data protection obligations
4.2 Employer Obligations
- Provide accurate job descriptions and contract terms
- Honor visa sponsorship commitments
- Provide working conditions consistent with UAE Labor Law (or destination country law)
- Comply with ethical recruitment standards (no candidate fee charges)
- Make timely payment of agreed recruitment fees
- Provide MOHRE-compliant employment contracts to candidates
4.3 Replacement Guarantee
TFI provides replacement guarantees within the probation period for candidates found unsuitable for reasons within our control. Specific terms are documented in each Service Agreement.
5. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure for employers:
- Skilled Workforce: Fee structure documented in Service Agreement, typically per-candidate basis
- Executive Recruitment: Percentage of annual gross salary, payable in instalments tied to placement milestones
- HR Consultancy: Project-based or retainer fees as agreed
All fees exclude VAT and government charges. Payment terms are typically 50% on offer acceptance and 50% on candidate deployment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website โ including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and code โ is the property of Talent Finder International and protected by international intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission
- Use TFI branding, logos, or trade names without authorization
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from this website

7. Confidentiality

8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TFI provides recruitment services on a "best efforts" basis
- We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific candidate performance
- TFI's liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service in dispute
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not responsible for employer treatment of candidates after deployment
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TFI from claims arising from:
- Inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by you
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Violation of applicable laws
- Third-party claims related to your conduct
10. Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption
TFI maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Bribery, kickbacks, or improper payments
- Fraudulent representation of qualifications or experience
- Document forgery or visa fraud
- Human trafficking or unethical recruitment practices
- Modern slavery or forced labor
Violations will be reported to relevant authorities.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate engagement:
- Without cause: With 30 days written notice (employer service agreements)
- For cause: Immediately for material breach, fraud, or illegal activity
- Candidates: May withdraw at any time before contract signing
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties (30 days)
- Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator (60 days)
- Arbitration at Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), if mediation fails
- UAE Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to the dispute resolution procedure above.
14. Compliance and Regulatory Standards
TFI operates in compliance with:
- UAE labor regulations and UAE Licensed Authority rules and Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (UAE Labor Law)
- UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021)
- Destination country labor and immigration laws
- Source country recruitment regulations (Nepal DoFE Licensed Sourcing Partners, etc.)
- IRIS Ethical Recruitment Standard
- Dhaka Principles for Migration with Dignity
- ILO Conventions on labor rights
15. Force Majeure
TFI is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: pandemics, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, embargo, travel restrictions, or visa policy changes.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Updated "Last Updated" date
- Email notification to active clients/candidates
- Notice on website homepage
Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and TFI. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
